Isaac Slade, the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter, will be performing this September at the Vashon Center for the Arts. This special career-spanning solo set will feature songs from his former band The Fray, as well as brand new, never before heard material in an intimate auditorium on Vashon Island.

Isaac Slade is an American musician and community leader. He was the lead singer of Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum rock band The Fray. He serves as a board chair on a music education initiative with Colorado Governor Jared Polis, aiming to provide universal music access for every K-12 student in Colorado. He also works with several organizations in the fight to end human trafficking. Isaac is currently working on a variety of other projects, including running a vinyl record shop in his local community in Washington State called Side Stack Records.

Land Acknowledgment
Vashon Island is the traditional homeland of the sx̌ʷəbabš (pronounced Schwa-ah-babsh) people, a once thriving Native community decimated by colonization. VCA is committed to stewarding this land, fostering creativity, and honoring indigenous culture through the arts.

We celebrate diversity in all aspects of the work we do and support an environment of inclusion, racial equity, and social justice in our programming and operations. We welcome all individuals to our campus and steward them with respect and dignity.
